- The "inverse gamma" distribution referred to in the text is in 
fact a regular gamma distribution.
- I'm not sure I have the citation correct for the "heat bath 
algorithm". My current understanding is that it is the same thing as
the Gibbs sampler, but from other readings I now think that the paper
in which it was introduced was Creutz (1979. Phys. Rev. Letters 43, 553-556.
